IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

Prices and Delivery

Product prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST.  Delivery to New Zealand mainland is charged extra and will be $6 per order.  All deliveries are made either by courier or by NZ post, and in both cases, parcels will be given a tracking number.  This means that we can try to minimise orders being lost in transit. 

 

For international deliveries, please contact us for a quote.

 

Payment

We accept payment from:

  • PayPal - this is one of the safest and easiest ways to pay online.  It allows you to pay in any way you prefer including the major credit cards, bank accounts, without sharing financial information.  PayPal which is owned by eBay has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 164 million accounts worldwide. Available in 190 markets and 17 currencies around the world, PayPal enables global ecommerce by making payments possible across different locations, currencies, and languages.  Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
  • Paymate - Paymate is a secure, accurate and reliable Internet payment service and has been used by sellers in 37 countries for safe trading online for payments using Visa and MasterCard. Order details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection.
  • Online Banking Transfer - you can pay for your purchase directly through online banking straight into our account.  Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail with our account details.  Please make sure that you include your reference details when making an online payment so that we can link you payment to your order.
  • Cheque - it is possible to pay by cheque for your purchases.  Please make it payable to Childrens World Limited and send it to us along with a printed copy of your invoice which is e-mailed to you once you have cleared checkout.  The address to send the cheque to will be on your e-mail.

Returns Procedure

In the unlikely event that you need to return an item(s) due to fault or different to the one ordered, we will refund or exchange the purchased price in full.  The item(s) will need to be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 working days of your receipt.  Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a returns number before sending the goods.  Please note that we are unable to pay delivery costs for non-faulty items that are returned.  We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service should you wish your items to be insured as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. 

Please return all goods with a copy of the invoice, so that we may deal with your return as quickly as possible.

It goes without saying they we cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

 

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally our items will go out of stock.  We will always try and maintain a certain quantity of products, however if an item does go out of stock we will try and replenish as soon as possible.  Stock levels do appear on each product page but if you do require an item that we do not have in stock, please contact us through the website and we will advise you how long it will take to obtain this item for you.

 

Privacy Policy

It is important to Childrens World that your privacy is protected.  We can assure you that we will not pass your details on to any third party.  We may contact you occasionally to share with you details of new products or sales.

Customer credit card details are used solely for the purpose of billing for goods. These details are only used by the card holder through the billing payment site.

 

Jewellery Products

Pictures shown are not of actual product size.  Please see product for approximate measures.

Jewellery items should not be worn at times of play and should not be worn overnight. 

Earrings are not suitable for newly pierced/healing ears and as previously stated will not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
